About Us

Locally owned by Windsor native, Marla Coffin and her husband Dale Coffin, the MARDA Management Inc. team consists of 18 full-time staff and 8 part-time staff that are dedicated to pairing quality tenants with quality rental units. Our team works consistently to ensure that our owners' investment properties are run effectively. We place the utmost emphasis on integrity, honesty, industry knowledge and communication to ensure that we satisfy our tenants' needs while ensuring a viable business for our owners. We primarily cater to out of town investors, but, have a few local owners, which we are happy to work with as well. We truly believe that the difference is in the management.

Marla Coffin - President & CEO

Marla is the co-founder of MARDA Management Inc. and has worked tirelessly to grow the company's tenants, owners, properties and staff. Marla Coffin has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor and a strong background in professional fundraising. Marla incorporated MARDA Management Inc. in 2010 and has fostered its growth from its initial 34 residential units to over 1500 residential units throughout Windsor. Marla works closely with owners to ensure that their investment is well cared for, their expectations and needs are met, and that their business remains profitable. Marla also leads a team of 30 employees who work collectively to ensure MARDA's rental properties are well managed.
 

 

Dale Coffin - Property Manager

Dale is the co-founder of MARDA Management Inc. and has played a key role in building the company from the ground up. Dale Coffin has an undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Carleton University and a Master's degree in Student Affairs from the University of Western Illinois. Dale is overseeing the maintenance division and ensuring that the maintenance of our properties is conducted efficiently and effectively. Dale has worked side-by-side with Marla since they incorporated MARDA Management Inc. and continuously contributes to the success of the company.
 

 

Kathleen Towne - Property Manager and Head of Tenant Relations

Kathleen is a property manager and the head of tenant relations for MARDA Management Inc. She consistently works with tenants to resolve issues or concerns, collect rent, screen tenants and fill vacant units. Kathleen has been a great asset in many of the policies and procedures MARDA Management Inc. has implemented and continues to play a vital role in maintaining excellent tenant relations. Kathleen oversees all aspects of the tenant experience from a tenant seeing an available rental unit to a tenant move out at the end of their stay.
 

 

Chantelle Meadows - Advertising Specialist

Chantelle works diligently to ensure that all of the available rentals within MARDA Management Inc. are advertised regularly until rented. Chantelle provides ongoing support within our office and exclusively oversees the MARDA Management Inc. portfolio of properties.
 

 

Diane Warren - Communications Coordinator

Diane monitors and oversees all of our Communications including Social Media networking (Twitter, Facebook...etc.) and our customer service. She issues press releases, advertises our rentals through social media outlets and ensures that our social presence is current and relevant. Diane's background in marketing and communications will help MARDA Management Inc. continue to ensure that our clientele, from owners to tenants, have positive experiences. Diane helps develop strategies to ensure that MARDA Management Inc. continues to be forward-thinking and allow us continue to provide the difference that is in our management!
 

 

Kathy Cronin - Office Manager

Kathy is responsible for overseeing all applications and the screening process to ensure that new tenants moving into our properties are tenants who will respect their space and pay their rent. Kathy ensures that communication remains a high priority for MARDA Management Inc. Kathy oversees the process of booking appointments for prospective tenants to view our rental units. Kathy also oversees regular operations within the office.
 

 

Nissa Ben-Abdellah - Administrative Assistant

Nissa comes to us as a student to gain experience in an office environment. Her ambition and positive attitude create a friendly environment for tenants and clients. Nissa assists in our office administrative duties to ensure things run smoothly and tasks are taken care of promptly.
 

 

Raeima Majid - Administrative Assistant

Raeima comes to us as a student to gain experience in an office environment. Her work ethic and bright outlook create a friendly environment for tenants and clients. Nissa assists in our office administrative duties to ensure things run smoothly and tasks are taken care of promptly.
 

 

Mike Jacques - Volunteer Office Assistant

Mike volunteers at our office on a regular basis to help our staff during our busiest times of the month. He is a great asset to our staff and to our tenants ensuring prompt service.

 

 

Marissa Zuliani - Collections Manager and Leasing Agent

Marissa brings ample experience in the housing industry and she runs our rent collection department as well as works in the field showing rental units to prospective renters, while also working in the office to help develop and institute effective and efficient policies and procedures surrounding our business model.
 

 

Keith Kawala - Leasing Agent

Keith is one of our primary rental agents working in the field showing prospects various options for housing throughout Windsor. Keith works diligently to accommodate prospects with their housing needs.

 

 

Kristine Nduna - Property Manager

Kristine comes to MARDA Management Inc. with a background working in property management in the Toronto area. Kristine's understanding of the industry and of best practices have made her an extreme asset to our team.
 

 

Jennifer Buckingham-Vanderlai - Property Manager

Jennifer leads our county division, overseeing properties in Chatham, Wallaceburg, Kingsville and Leamington. With her experience in property management, she has played a key role in extending our efforts in these areas..
 

 

Dave Trenholm - Finance Manager

Dave comes to us with much experience in the financial field from auditing to bookkeeping. Dave oversees all of the day-to-day accounting for our company as well as develops and implements policies surrounding our accounting practices at MARDA Management. Dave spearheads our accounts payable, accounts receivable budgeting and manages all of our company's trust accounts.
 

 

 

Linda Coffin - Payroll Administrator

Linda is the company's payroll administrator and has been with us since the company's incorporation. Linda oversees all payroll related tasks, source deductions and government required submissions.
 

 

 

Ron Coughlin - Maintenance Manager

Ron comes to our company with an extensive background in construction and project management.  Having spent 20+ years in the construction industry working for large scale businesses, Ron is able to lead our maintenance department in our endeavor to provide affordable and efficient maintenance services to all of our rental units under management.
 

 

Nina Jerkovic - Maintenance Coordinator

Nina coordinates all of our exterior vendors in scheduling and organizing to ensure that the properties we have under management achieve the tasks at hand in an efficient manner. Nina oversees the maintenance related components of our move in and move out process as well as our inspections module for properties under management.
 

 

Stacey Hickson-McLean - Maintenance Coordinator

Stacey coordinates all of our interior vendors in scheduling and organizing to ensure the properties we have under management achieve the tasks at hand in an efficient manner.  Stacey oversees the fire prevention components of our maintenance department and has become an asset to our team. 

 

 

Kevin Warren - Interior Maintenance Specialist

Kevin plays a critical role in the success of our maintenance division.  Having expertise in repairs, building and mastering locks, fire prevention and basic boiler maintenance, Kevin has been a real asset to the properties under our purview.  Kevin has been an asset to the growth of our maintenance division having been part of it from the start.

 

Tony Savoni - Interior Maintenance Specialist

Tony has joined the MARDA Management Inc. team, working assisting to ensure that the properties managed are in good repair and that maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. Tony utilizes his outstanding knowledge in contracting and restoration services and is an asset to the maintenance division.
 

 

Mike Mitchell - Interior Maintenance Specialist

Mike plays a vital role on the MARDA Management Inc. team, working consistently to ensure that the properties managed are in good repair and that maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. Mike utilizes his outstanding knowledge in contracting services and is an asset in ensuring maintenance is conducted effectively and efficiently.

 

Ed Amond - Interior Maintenance Specialist

Ed uses his extensive construction experience, primarily in the realm of home building, to ensure our rental properties are maintained and repaired when required in a timely and cost efficient fashion. His knowledge of the demands of the industry help our maintenance department conduct repairs to the right degree as required. .
 

 

Greg Gardiner - Cleaner

Greg comes to us with a substantial background in commercial cleaning. He provides quality cleaning while maintaining time efficiency to ensure all of our rental properties are cleaned between tenants, alongside ensuring our common areas remain clean.
 

 

Megan McCourt - Cleaner

Megan comes to us with a substantial background in commercial cleaning and has supervisory experience in the field. Megan cleans both common areas of multi family buildings and apartments between renters. Megan ensures our properties are clean which helps us achieve the MARDA standard of having them be well cared for.

Bob has been an employee of MARDA Management Inc. since its inception and has worked tirelessly to grow the company's maintenance division. Bob oversees the lawn care and exterior maintenance for MARDA's managed properties while playing a critical role in advancing the policies and procedures that MARDA has in place.
